120g brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
360g plain flour
300g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces
heat your oven to 180’C.
mix the butter with the sugar and the eggs and add the remaining ingredients.
form tablespoons of the mixture into little mounds on the baking tray(s), leaving a 4cm gap between each.
bake the biscuits 11-13 minutes. they will be very soft when they come out of the oven.
